Common Use Methods of Cage Stranding Machine

When the foundation of the cage stranding machine is installed and solidified, start to install the power connection.

After everything is installed in place, the rotating parts should be lubricated and the motor should be started. After running at low speed for one hour, check whether the fastening parts are loose. All loose parts should be tightened. After all inspections are completed, run at high speed. Check no-load operation.

This cage stranding line twists 19 strands of copper soft wire and removes one or two transmission parts. It can also produce 7 strands of stranded wire, or rewind 12 strands of stranded wire separately.

Install the wire reel and pull the wire to the take-up wheel. Close the protective net, start the motor, and gradually adjust the speed. When initially twisting the wire core, check the tension of the elastic friction belt installed on the friction wheel of the wire reel. If the tension of the friction belt is too large, it is easy to cause wire breakage. If the tension of the friction belt is too small, the wire in the wire reel is easy to reverse after stopping. Therefore, before and during use, check the situation of the wire reel during rotation and after stopping.

After the take-up reel is full of wire, stop the main machine. Rotate the transmission connection to the lifting position, and start the lifting knob to make it fall. Take out the winding shaft, install the empty reel, and then lift it to the transmission connection position. In this process of loading and unloading empty and full reels, be sure to pay attention to whether the loading and unloading position of the transmission connection is in place.

Each time you start or change the cable reel, the speed regulator must be reset to zero to prevent direct start-up to damage the speed regulator and to prevent the main engine from running without connecting to the grid to prevent accidents.
