The aramid yarn payoff device is an essential device for producing all medium self proclaimed optical cables (ADSS). All dielectric self-supporting optical cable specifically refers to non-metallic optical cables installed along the same pole of power lines. In the early days, when producing ADSS optical cables, the aramid fiber armor machine set up a special process for the armor of the cable core, including aramid armor, yarn tying, and then extrusion of the sheath. Practice has proven that this is not the most ideal method. The most ideal method to improve production efficiency is to connect the aramid armor device in series on the sheath extrusion production line. The aramid armor and sheath extrusion are carried out simultaneously and synchronously online, and the sheath production line needs to be equipped with strong vacuum pumping equipment.
