Green Environmental Fire Retardant PVC Base on PVC resin,  is PVC flame retardant sheath material made by mixing, plasticizing, and granulating with plasticizers, stabilizers, and other additives.

Appearance
90 ºC PVC flame retardant sheath material should be made into uniformly sized particles with a particle size of 4mm × 4mm × 3mm. Or ф 4× (2-4) mm. Good plasticization, uniform color, and no obvious impurities.
Color
The color is determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.

1  The extruded lines are smooth. And no more than 3 floating points with a diameter ≥1.0mm are allowed within 1 meter. No particles ≥ 3.0mm are allowed.
2  All products shall undergo initial inspection upon startup. Including appearance, color, density, etc.
3  If the first sample test fails, a retest is required. And the result of the second test is the judgment standard.

 

Processing
Using a general extruder for processing, L/D≥20
Adjust appropriately according to the equipment and extrusion status.

Package and Storage

Storage and transport
T-PV 002 should be packaged in moisture-proof packaging. With polyethylene film bags for the inner bag and kraft paper composite bags for the outer bag. With a net weight of (25.0 ± 0.2) kg per bag. Other packaging methods agreed upon by both the seller and the purchaser are allowed.
During the transportation of the product, it should not be damaged by abnormal conditions. Such as sun, rain, and immersion in water. It should be kept clean, dry, not contaminated. And the packaging should be kept intact.
The product should be stored in a clean, cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period should not exceed six months from the date of production.
