Aramid/Kevlar FRP(KFRP) Strength Member Reinforced Composite Materials for Fiber Optic Cables
KFRP reinforcement is a type of aramid reinforced plastic rod, which is different from aramid yarn. It is a rod-shaped material composed of aramid and polymer composites. The full English name is aramid fiber reinforced plastics. In the industry, aramid fibers are commonly referred to as Kevlar, so aramid reinforced materials are abbreviated as KFRP.

When laying optical cables through pipes, not only traction but also push in methods can be used. ·It is a non-metallic material that can be reinforced with KFRP to form a butterfly shaped fiber optic cable with a full dielectric structure. Due to its non-metallic structure, optical cables have superior lightning protection performance. Which can effectively avoid the possibility of lightning entering the room during use. They are particularly suitable for situations where lightning is directly introduced from outdoors into the indoor environment. ·TOEM‘s KFRP does not contain harmful substances.
