Specialty Single-mode Fiber for Bending Devices

Device special single-mode fiber is a series of products specially developed for optical devices with bending application requirements. Special optical fiber is manufactured using PCVD process, with a unique Ge/F co-doped material system and a special optical waveguide structure. It has strict geometric and optical indicators.

Among them, PH1010-A specially developed for device applications, with more stringent geometric indicator control and meets the G.652.D standard. PH1010-D meets the G.652.D standard, and the outer diameter of the optical fiber is reduced to 200μm. It is suitable for use in miniaturized scenarios.

PH1011-A specially developed for device applications, with more stringent geometric indicator control and meets the G.657.A1 standard. PH1010-C optical fiber has a special Ge/F co-doped material system, while having good taper performance. The macrobending performance is better than the G.657.A1 standard requirements.

PH1011-C and PH1011-D are single-mode fiber for devices with bending loss requirements within the G.657.A2 range specified by ITU-T. PH1011-C is a conventional 125/250μm size. PH1011-D is a 125/200μm size.

PH1012-B is a single-mode fiber for devices that meets the G.657.B3 standard. PH1012-A is a single-mode fiber for devices that is bend-insensitive and has high bending performance requirements. Its macrobending index is better than the G.657.B3 standard and is used in the C band. PH1012-C is a thin-diameter fiber that meets the G.657.B3 standard. It has excellent macrobending performance and is very suitable for use in miniaturized devices.
