TXF-630 Fiber Jelly Paste Filling for Loose Tube of Fiber Optic Cables

Fiber Jelly is an oil paste filled in a loose tube. It has good compatibility with polymer materials used in acrylic resin coated optical fibers and optical cables. Fiber Jelly is designed for the cold filling process, avoiding gaps caused by the shrinkage of the ointment. It meets ROHS Standard.

Optical Fiber Jelly is an oil paste filled in a loose tube. Which is made up of base oil (usually composed of natural oil and synthetic oil), inorganic fillers, thickeners, regulators, antioxidants, etc. In a certain proportion, heated and homogenized in a reactor. And then subjected to colloid grinding, cooling, and degassing processes to produce a white semi transparent paste.

Fiber Jelly has good compatibility with polymer materials used in acrylic resin coated optical fibers and optical cables. It is recommended to conduct compatibility testing on all polymer materials in contact with the ointment during use. TOEM Fiber Jelly is designed for the cold filling process. Which avoiding gaps caused by the shrinkage of the ointment. It meets ROHS Standard.
