Custom Renewable PA Resin Plastic Cable Coating Material Polyamide Nylon PA 6
Plastic nylon pa 6 as a base material provides light weight, easy processing and good toughness. Due to the addition of glass fiber, the material has high strength and stiffness while maintaining light weight. Nylon pa 12 has high thermal stability and maintains stable performance at higher temperatures. Polyamide nylon 6 material has good processing performance and can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and other molding processes.
Nylon PA coating can reduce the loss of optical fiber cables caused by friction during use and extend their service life. It has good stability to a variety of chemicals. Polyamide nylon coating can form an effective waterproof layer to prevent moisture from entering the interior of the optical fiber cable. Nylon PA coating material is often used as the sheath of optical fiber cable.
Polyamide Coating Material Feature
1. Low density;
2. Polyamide nylon has good resistance to chemicals and solvents;
3. Easy to process, color and overmold;
4. Very easy to print by thermal transfer;
5. Excellent low temperature impact strength;
6. Hardness and flexibility can vary in a wide range;
7. Nylon pa 6 has High elasticity and good elasticity;
8. Only slight temperature-dependent mechanical properties;
9. No volatile or leaching plasticizers;
Application of Nylon Pa 6
